Practical fitness is exactly like it sounds. It will include but is not limited to body weight calisthenics, jumping rope, kettle bell work, sprinting and swimming. There will be unique requirements for each student based on their goals and their particular situation. Regardless of the requirements agreed upon, they will be high. They will also be expected to be maintained by the student after the program is finished. This is fitness not just for health but to keep the body in shape so it has a chance to save the itself. Repetitions and progress will be recorded daily.
